What am I actually purchasing?
Favor Suite templates are digital products, editable Canva templates and ready to print designs delivered as an instant digital download. No physical item is shipped to you.
Do I need Canva Pro to edit my template?
Templates are designed to work with a free Canva account whenever possible. Individual listings will note if a specific product uses an element that requires Canva Pro.
How do I edit my template?
After purchase, you'll receive a link to open your template in Canva. From there you can personalize text, names, and colors, then download your finished design as a PDF, PNG, or JPG.
How do I print my template?
You can print at home, take your downloaded file to a local print shop, or use an online professional printing service. Keep in mind that colors can vary slightly depending on your monitor, printer, ink, and paper, so we can't guarantee exact color matching.
Can I use Favor Suite templates for my small business?
Commercial use terms for treat makers and small businesses are still being finalized. Please check back soon for our Small Business Use / Commercial License details before using templates commercially.
Where do I purchase Favor Suite templates?
All current purchases happen through our official Etsy shop, Instant Favor Template.
Do you offer refunds?
Because these are instant digital downloads, please review each Etsy listing carefully before purchasing. Refund and return details are set at the Etsy shop level, please refer to the shop's policies there.
Will you have more products and categories in the future?
Yes! We're continuing to build out Party Favors, Classroom Celebrations, Treat Designs, and Gift Tags, along with new formats and seasonal collections over time.
